Hiccups.

My brother had hiccups earlier for 1 hour. Now he has again.
Is this a heart issue, I've read it could be a sign of a s heart attack . Is very loud can hear up stairs from down stairs.
His over weight, 12.5 stone , 5 foot 7 and takes olazapine, clozapine, movicol and something else that i can't remember, so frightened.

Hiccups are not the sign of a heart attack. Also, there is no conclusive data that indicates hiccups are an indication of serious cardiac issues.

He will be fine...they are only a cause for concern if they last non stop for over 48 hours :) Not related to heart though.

Emma it's very normal to have hiccups. Some of us get them more than others, there's no need to be frightened hun :hugs:
