Hi all, I am Fond De Jante (if you're into cycling and/or are French this may mean something) and my blog Cycles of Depression is on Wordpress (I can't post links yet).
I've had a bit of a strange day so am now winding down (hopefully) into a late night melancholy that will lead to sleep so in the meantine this seems like a good time to introduce myself and explore the forum :)

BTW, I live in England and have just finished 3 months of day patient therapy for depression and anxiety and am taking Escitalopram (15mg). I'm currently a bit concerned that I may have developed - or realised that I have - Bipolar disorder rather than depression. It's a bit scary so feel free to reassure me if you've been there.....
