Hit my head :/

Hi I am new here and yesterday i hit my head on the edge of a bunk bed on the sort of top right of my head. I was really worried about it because 5 mins later an 'egg' formed. Now this morning my neck is sore and my right eye was watering. Is there anything to be worried about?? Please reply. :/

Heads are always a worry as we cannot see what is going on, i agree with Nicola though if you are worried then go and see a dr to check it out, blessings
