Well ! It's a long time since i was here.... I never thought i would be doing this again. I've not a bad panic attack for years and tonight it all came flooding back however after several years of being terrified and numerous Doctor and hospital visits and despite how awful and scared I felt tonight I knew that all would be well again and it nearly is. It's 4.59am ive been up all night I'm still a little shakey but i'm stll here to tell anyone who reads this that there is hope and you can get through this.:D im leaving you all now for a well deserved rest. Until the next time goodnight.
