Awoke with a niggling pain on my forehead right Above my right eye just shooting pain on and off anyone relate?.

I get that kind of pain when I have eye strain. It could be anything from eyestrain to dehydration. Take a couple of paracetamol and relax, if it doesn't pass in a day or so or gets so bad you can barely keep your eyes open then I'd suggest going to a doctor. But I'm sure you'll be fine! I'm always getting strange aches and pains all over my body and sometimes they can be the simplest thing causing it, yet I panic so much haha.

I used to get it loads Natalie. Its part of stress and anxiety and triggers Migraines, its tension build up in the back of the neck, very common. Ibuprofen usually works for me as its an anti-inflammatory. Sleep in a dark room if poss for cple hours and it will go xx
