Anyone get this? Panic ;-? - shooting pain in arm and also come and go chest pain

I have had this for the last few days, I always worry about my heart ;-(

Been under a bit of stress lately and have no slept much and drank a wee bit too much on Friday

There is no one answer about how long a heart attack takes.

If you are worried you would need to see your doctor to be honest.

He will tell me its anxiety and just not take me seriously as I have had heart related anxiety for a while

Hi I get this a lot and for me the mine culprit is not Heart Attack or anything sinister it is my Posture as I slump in my favourite corner of the sofa when I'm down or feeling anxious.

And I normal find once the chest pains and the arm troubles start I used to then start having a panic attack.

I would say it is just a pinched nerve.. But if like Nic said if your worried get check out if nothing else for your own peace of mind
