this is day 7 on seroxat 20mg and its awfull really bad anxiety panic attacks I havant had a good night sleep in months .I was on it for 13 years until dec then I had brain surgry for an abcess while I was in hospital they stopped it .I have been having bad anxiety so doc put me back on it I shake really bad aswell im really down at the momment

These sound like withdrawel syptoms to me. Most clear up after several weeks but if youre really concerned Id speak to your doctor about it

Its possible because youve had a break after being on the drug for such a long time. Thatd be my best guess
