Pain above stomache so t know what it is

I had a very sharp burning stinging pain more or less above stomache as my heart is on the left side of chest due to dip in chest I think it's heart related I took a gaviscon and it seems to have made it better, my back is hurting to as well as other things but is it acid reflux

It's a sharp pain below my heart kinda above stomach and my back aches and left arm pain god it's worrying me the chest pain it comes on suddenly just had it again

Sounds like indigestion/acid reflux to me
