Back pain help

Right so I keep gettin sudden sharp pains in the right side if my back at the top, near my rib area and upwards it really hurts its been happening for a few days now can anyone help xxx

I would recommend stretches. Just go to google or youtube and search for "upper back stretches" It helped me when my upper back was out of whack.
