Can't breath !

Hello everyone well I'm in Tenerife and horribly anxious Iv been out clubbing (only had 3 alcoholic drinks) the rest juice and water I haven't been spiked but I can't sleep I feel like my chest is tight an my nose is blocked an I feel like I can't breath properly Sao horribly agitated now

I have to put up with this all the time at the moment. The chest tightness (i assume its like where you can't catch a decent satisfying breath) might be due to a CO2 imbalance in your body, if you are over breathing that is.

Sounds like you're really anxious. It will pass like it did for me last night :)
