Meds

Not sure if this qualifies as a success story or not.

I have an extreme phobia of any kind of medication, prescribed or otc meds. Anyway in the space of one day I've managed to take antibiotics and ibuprofen, I'm so pleased with myself.
I'm not saying I'm cured but it's a step in the right direction and the first time any meds have passed my lips in just over 5 years.

Of course it qualifies as a success if it is something you were anxious of but still did anyway. Don't be hard on yourself in recognising your achievements, no matter how small they may seem.

Congratulations - you felt the fear and did it anyway :)
