Hi all. 19 year old female in UK here. Been a bit of a lurker on here for a while now, but thought i would sign up to help others and receive some support.
I have had panic disorder, i haven't gotten much in the way of professional help, i am very much into complimentary therapies such as accupuncture, homeopathy, and things like that. Oh and i get through Rescue Remedy like it's going out of fashion!
Anyway.. Just wanted to say hi :-)
