can't concentrate on work at all

very new to all of this and only started taking propranalol just under a wekk a go. they are nocking off the rough edges and i'm not panicking or suffering particulalry sever physical symptoms at the moment.

however i can't concentrate on anything at work today, my head is away with the fairies and it's taking me half an hour to compose a simple e-mail. I can't remember simple things and keep standing up to do something and forget what it is straight away.

is this the anxiety / stress or the propranolol? anyone got any good coping stratergies?

Hi there,

It could be either but I know that propranolol can make you feel quite tired and lethargic at first so that's probably causing it.

Try not to dwell on how you feel too much and it should improve over the next week or so as you get used to the meds.
