Hi
Does anyone only seem to get anxiety/panic in the early hours
and what do they do to help themselves get through it

I try to focus on what I need to get done that day. I also have taken to doing word searches when I'm in the midst of feeling anxious, makes my brain focus on something else. (I sound like an old lady lol) I also find that talking to someone about anything can help..Let's see...I try texting someone who knows I have anxiety (usually my mom) and tell her how I feel and she is really good at reassuring me that everything is going to be ok. ALSO I come on here and look through the forum to see if I can be of help to anyone in need of it!! :bighug1:
