Chest pains /panic attack back pain

Had really bad pains in my chest last night yesterday I hadn't hardly eaten anything and I went to bed my arm felt dull heavy and numb I had sharp pains in my chest where my stomach is and over my heart but I get this all the while and it always stops it's horrible I had a major panick attack and this morning still

Hello Barrie sorry to hear about the pains in your chest, sound very acute and er painful, I did wonder if that is a physical pain or an emotional pain?

It sounds like emotional pain as you mention panic attacks, that means there's no way you will die from it, no matter how frightening they are. I did used to have panic attacks all the time few years back,
