Hello,
as is per the requirements of joining any forum I wanted to post a quick hello to everyone.
so, hello....:)
A bit about me...
well, I'm a married mother of 2 who lives in the NW of the UK.
I work 30 hours a week.
My children are primary school age and one of them has autism.
My main reasons for joining?- I suffer from anxiety, feelings of being worthless, feeling unworthy and generally a stress feeling most of the time.
I worry a lot and live by a very negative code of life- expect the worst at all times kind of thing.
I guess as I go along more will come out so to speak but right now I'm going to have a look about and see what I can find/see if I can add to anything and get to know the place.
