Hi today for lunch I ate I'm not sure what fish it was but a freezer one..that you stick in the oven I ate one and a half of that fish it was either cod or haddock i think. And then for dinner I ate tin of tuna.
Is this too much mercury to eat?

No. You would have to eat loads of fish over many years to get anything approaching dangerous levels of mercury. However, as part of dealing with health anxiety we all need to learn to accept uncertainty and not look for reassurance all the time. Try saying aloud a few times, "I could have mercury poisoning". You coild have it, but whats the most likely outcome? Its that you haven't got it now and you will not get it in the future.

People in some countries only eat fish - it is a healthy stable diet.
