Hello

Im scott
Ive suffered from panic attacks now for 4 years, been to the doctors, hospitals and see a phycologist, none of which seems to help, been on various tablets and again they dont help....i do feel that my life is slowly ending......if anyone has any help or advice please contact me....and if i can help anyone in anyway with my experience id be pleased to do so

I felt like that a couple of months ago. I wanted my life to end. But thanks to some great support from my family and the mental health team i hope i'm on the way up. Have u tried CBT?

Hi Scott,your life is not ending pet.We are all here to support each other,your not alone in the way you feel.With the meds you may not have found the one that works for you yet.They take a bit of time to kick in.
