Ok you have a few choices really

don't do it and go the back way if you can and avoid the motorway

get someone else to drive or send her on the train (not practical I know)

read my tips for coping and actually do them

Hi, don't know if you managed it. You'd be surprised how many people don't like driving on the motorway, but my husband always told me it was safer than driving on normal roads, because you aren't doing as many maneouvres (?). How are you at driving on dual carriageways?

I have this problem too... just booked a few pass-plus lessons, seems to be helping matters, though I'm not sure how soon I'll be braving it by myself. :S
