Need some opinions and advice

I am trapped thinking what if its not health anxiety what if its really a health issue and me and everyone else especially my doc is ignoring something serious because we all know I have HA.

I have had a full blood work up an ekg and a 24 hour ekg but I wonder if anything on those tests was just chalked up to be having anxiety/panic.

Also I am wondering if anyone had or has a fear of sleeping I just stay awake till my body gives out because I am so scared of having something fatal happen to me an not waking up for gods sake I am only 31

Full blood work and 24 hour ekg will tell the docs if something's wrong. I had the same done at 27 and was found to be in perfect physical health. It was indeed anxiety. I'm sure it's the same with you. If that doc says you're fine, then you're most likely fine. Keep taking the cipralex, it'll settle soon. Remember, it takes 2-4 weeks to notice any positive effect and can take up to 8 weeks before you start feeling like yourself again.
