Really bad chest pains

I keep getting really bad chest pains it's horrible sometimes will be on the left side and I get pain in the left arm too and other times can be on the right side but mostly the left and just now had the sharpest pain where my heart is :( does anyone else get this kinda thing? it hurts and freaks me out!

Pain felt over the heart is usually nothing serious and maybe muscular but you should of course get it checked out by a doctor to make sure.
