Hi, I'm 25 and from England. I've known about this site before and I came here as I have some health anxiety and general anxiety. I've had some relatively mild social anxiety all my life, but since around 2010 I've noticed that I've had more general anxiety, specifically health anxiety, and in the last month I've had near-constant lightheadedness (which I may talk about in its own thread).
At the moment I really want the lightheadedness to end, though it'll also be good if I can learn to stop my health-anxiety as it's not good for my relationship.
