Hi. I just joined. I am currently in the midst of some life changes that seem quite big for me. My 11 year relationship has ended and I am moving from Spain (where I have been for 4 years) back to UK on my own (well with my cat!) I am struggling to keep things in perspective even though everything has been arranged and should happen this week. I have always had anxiety issues but this seems to be going off my usual scale! I am hoping to find some ways to deal with my anxiety here ... It is worse in the mornings and most days I honestly don't think I'll make it through the day. But so far I do! Every day I seem to pin point at least one thing that could go wrong with my plans and spend all day thinking of worst case scenarios. I feel a bit like I'm living in my own imaginary disaster movie! Anyone else feel like that?
