When i eat, i feel it around shoulder/armpit O.o

Been having some horrid Acid Reflux for a while, but there is this other really quite bizarre symptom i am having.

When i eat or drink something cold/hot i can feel the temperature affect the area around my armpit and shoulder. I don't know why in gods name its doing this, but is this a normal symptom of acid reflux? I have had similar sensations in the past, its similar to indigestion but i am not sure.

I get this occasionally, also get a knot in my shoulder if I eat too quickly. It's just the sensation in your gullet radiating out through your back. Never heard of it as a symptom of anything significant.
