feeling palpatations in throat

Hi, not been on for a while, been doing ok and finally thought I had got over all this, but recently a been feeling not right again. This time im getting like a feeling in my throat like a palpatation, been getting it alot today even wen im not worrying it takes me by surprise, has anyone else had this? Trying my best not to google :s

Me :) sometimes you can get a fluttery feeling in the throat or chest area.

I also get palpitations in my neck, although I get muscle twiches too that feel like tapping.

Where abouts in your throat is the sensation?
