Weird sweet smell up nose

Hello when i got back from fishing tonight I have this really annoying sweet smell in my nose. It's not all I can smell though i can still smell everything else but when i'm not smelling anything in particular it's just there. It's like catar but it smells different, I've also had a few headaches lately but i get migrane occasionally.

Does any one know what it is, I'm really freaking out!

I get weird smells, sometimes it's smokey, dusty, perfum, or just a bad smell.

I think it's either an imaginary thing or maybe dust/partials get trapped up your nose.
Try using steam, you can also get these nose sprays made with sea/ salt water that you can spray into your nose to easily flush everything out.

It might be your sinuses, any pressure around the nose,eyes,cheekbones? Do you get head pain if you bend down/lower your head? I think the pain might be due to when the sinuses fill up and get blocked it causes a lot of pressure.
