Worried about parents smoking?

They do not smoke that much, but I'm worried they're going to die and we'll end up homeless. I know it's irrational cause even in the fairly unlikely event they both died we would not end up homeless. Any idea how I can get over this?

You need to change your thought patterns from catastrophic thinking to what most people would call normal thinking.

You may need to get some CBT help for this though
