:) hi, new here....looking for support and help. long story short, I almost died after a complication from a c section, very traumatic, consequently I began to suffer with anxiety and panic attacks. It's been 2yrs and still dealing with the panic and physical symptoms of anxiety, :weep: hope I can help others too as various concerns r shared. I keep a copy of dr Claire weekes ' book handy all the time and her advice has helped a great deal, but still learning to cope with anxiety and float thru the panic. Glad to join in here :D
