I suffer bad constipation but am used to that now but the thing is every time I feel the need to go the loo for a number2 I get weird nausea just b4band sometimes after....

Is this even normal for ibs?? It does happen to me every time I need the loo just makes me worry as I have a phobia of vomitingb(not that I vomit) its just the nausea I hate

hey honeyp1e. it,s normal even if you aint got ibs. i have it upon a catch mainly when constipated

Still have some nausea y is this happening every time I go loo (that's not often) making me get all panicky now cos of my phobia of vomiting

I worry bout vomiting too but it has just been the nausea. keep a check on what foods you have eaten when you feel nauseas as I have noticed that I get it more after certain foods.

Yea my friend also said it can be that different foods I've ate or cos am not used to going the loo regular so wen I do go list like a shock an knocks my stomach acid etc causing the nausea

It used to send me into a panic but now I just tell myself that it will pass over soon.

I've woke again seriously think something is wrong. "Just below ribs feel hard/full... Full heavy discomfort above pubic bone........ Pressure in bum......basically feels like I need a big trump or big bowel movement but nothing comes out... Nausea below ribs on/off

Hi have you tried taking a gentle laxative, I suffer with IBS and in the constipation stage when it gets too bad I take bisocodyle, it is a gentle laxative which works over night, also you could try sennakot. Having a bowel full of compacted poo will make you feel very nauseous.

Nope haven't had anything with my fear of vomiting I don't like taking medications all I take is my antidepressant / my acid tabs but I no I need something as its just uncomfortable

I just keep over thinking something is wrong ?? It's like something is stuck just below ribs in center an also my bum feels a pressure feeling
