I thought I would join this forum in the hope of finding people like me who understand what its like to live with health anxiety.
I have been officially suffering with this for the past 6 years on and off...horrendous.
Sorry to anyone else that has this too as its a nightmare being so scared all the time and having no one to understand how you feel.
Hoping to help if I can and also to find help for myself.
