Sharp stabbing pain in both arms

Hi, this sharp stabbing pain has been going on for a while, but it comes and goes..
I went gym Monday and Tuesday last week afer a week away and then..on Friday it started and has been going since.
I get pain where my elbow is, but not in the elbow, it's more to the outside forearm but where the elbow joint is, the pain will come and go on both arms, and then I will also get sharp stabbing pains in my bicep.

It sounds like inflammation of the radio ulnar joint - otherwise known as tennis elbow. This joint is not actually in the elbow, but on the outside of it, to the side. Have a look at this:

The pain is likely tracking up the rest of your arm.
