View Full Version : bad belly, feelin sad

I am having a really anxious week since last friday, very high anxiety to be honest. For a few days I couldnt eat and skipped all meals and just had a biscuit here and there. For the last four days ive managed to eat the odd meal, but since yesterday ive been having a runny tummy and real bad cramps, mostly once ive eaten. So Ive tried to eat some bread roll and yoghurt and a couple of mini rolls today, yesterday i had a bowel of noodles and a sandwhich. But still the churning and runny tummy keep coming. Normally with anxiety I get constipation, but my belly is really getting me down and making me more anxious,
Any one get the same thing or any help... Many thanks xx

poor thing I really feel for you, try getting some chamomile tea that tends to help it's good for all things digestion and also anxiety.
Remember to take care of yourself give yourself lots of treats things you enjoy hot baths, a good book, films and a hot water bottle, naps
