Hi, been on citrapram over a year now.20mg. Past 2 days have been bloody awfull,really panicking . Heartt pounding,pains in chest,crying,feel really weak and want to sleep loads:( is this my health anixoty ..really worring xxx

Hi, it sounds very likely that it is your anxiety that has flared up.

Maybe it is time to maybe see about having your meds adjusted a little but then again it my be just a little hiccup along the way.

Have you had health anxiety before or is this your first time.
