Cardiophobia

Just seeing if anyone else is cardiophobic meaning being scared of your heart? I constantly live in fear of my heart stopping or having a major heart attack or stroke and dying instantly and at my young age of 31.

My doc did an ekg and a 24 hour holter monitor that came back normal other then showing a slight enlargement due to my sleep apnea bit did not test further as he said he wasn't concerned. I don't know how to stop worrying

I have respiratory and cardiac neurosis which I've had since I was a child and I'm now 56!

You could have all the tests that there are going but only you can stop the worrying, it ain't easy coz I haven't managed to do it.
