Would love to try and meet up with people but don't know where to start. Feeling a bit low and confidence is very low at the moment. Even looked in the chat room but got out quickly before anyone could say anything!

I am in Higham Ferrers/Rushden.

Would love to meet up with other people who feel the same as me!
I have never met anyone who has pannic attacks, would be great.

Maybe we could get together for an evening but not sure if anyone is strong enough to drive over?
