Hello all,
I'm Shelley, 33 years old from Derbyshire and I have just re-registered on this site, after being a member many years ago. I have suffered from health anxiety, panic attacks and severe depression intermittently for as long as I can remember. The worst time being from 2004 to 2008 which is when I first discovered this site and it literally became a lifeline for me.
Recently, I have been struggling quite a lot to hold it all together, hence my return to this forum as I know what great people and advice I found here last time. Hope everyone is doing okay, and hope to be of help to others whenever I'm here on the forum. :)
