Just saying Hello to everyone, think its about time, i have been reading the post and replies on here for some time now, Thanks to everyone who has posted that has helped me.
I am 32 year old male from glasgow, Have been suffering from anxiety,agitated depression for over a year now, think this has been alot longer, maybe i should say i am now on medication and support for the last year.
My Meds are 150mg of Veneflaxen x 2 and 200mg of qutiapine nightly 5mg diazepam x1 daily.
Kindda been having a few bad days...But thought it was time to say hello. :blush:
