hi im new and ive had anxiety since 2010 which ive managed with 18mths cbt and citalopram....started coming off citalopram last year and symptoms of anxiety have returned....so back on them again low dose...which i was managing until i started getting really cheesed off with the ringing popping in ears and dizzy spells...gp gave me betahistine for mineres about 3 weeks ago....then trapped nerve....bout week later sent me back to gp as didnt want to use painkillers so gave me amitripiline....currently on 10mg citalopram every other day...plus the mineres thingy, then these....so took one....felt worse than ever and started to panic....rang out of hours told me not to take them and stay on citalopram....it is now 3 days later and ive been taking 10mg citalopram for 3 nights....only been taking 1-2 8mg betahistine for mineres for few days and im starting to feel the same symptoms as in 2010...im really worried im gonna go back to the very start and im meant to be going to a wedding in tunisia in august and thought of that right now is making me feel worried :( what can i do???
