Have any of you ever felt these symptom?:
It feels like a pressure building up it goes from the chest all the way up to my neck it feels like a want to burp but I have to sit up and try and to force the burp out to feel relieved, itīs a very scary sensation like a spasm I get very panicky when it happens I keep thinking a heart attack itīs just about to happen, It happens mainly when I am sleeping and the pain wakes me up, occasionally I would feel it during the day. I might have this sensation for a while and it will not return again for a long time, needless to say I have been a tad stressed up lately, but thatīs life. Could this be linked to anxiety?
