scared of systoscopy

Don't know if anybody has heard of this it's a camera in the bladder to have a look because I keep getting water infections I've read a couple of posts about it but not much would like to hear from anybody who's had one of these a systoscopy I can't even find any 1 who's heard of it .thanks x

ive had one done for having traces of blood in my urine aparently normal for me dont worry i didnt find it uncomfortable at all really x

Hi Jackieanne - I've had two now and don't worry, it's absolutely nothing to get worked up about - it only lasts about 5 mins and it's done. It stings slightly when they first insert the thin tube but it's got a numbing agent on it and then you don't feel it.

Hi Jackieanne i had mine 3 months ago,well it stings a bit at first but with the topical anesthesia youll feel numb and you wont notice that it has been 5 mins and then up with the result.You ll be fine.
