After what's been a struggle lately and since my first therapy session my anxiety was in the high range and same with my depression. This is my 4 th session and I've halfed my anxiety and depression scores. The things I've found helpful are Facebook positive thinking pages I've drummed positive thoughts in my mind, easier said than done I know but the more u think positively the less negative thoughts come in ur mind if u get me. Also when I'm anxious I just watch the anxiety and think ok this sucks but nothing bad will happen I've felt it before and I just watch it go down.
