had this yesterday,a struggle for me as i was attending a training for anew job.and its very painful to breath mine is more tighter at the back.

I get this quite a lot I try not worry about it, it annoys me more than anything because its soooooo uncomfortable ,try not to worry I no its easy to say you be fine :)
