This morning I saw an oestopath for the first time. This was for my TMJ. He did lots of things and it hurt like hell ... Very tight muscle trigger points. Then he pushed into the base of my skull/neck. I now have a headache and am really scared I am going to have a stroke or something as I read that you can, rarely. Really panicking and adrenaline surging round. Anyone else seen an oestopath?
