Hello there,
I have recently been diagnosed with Post Traumatic Stress; and as part have been suffering anxiety, regular panic attacks, very little sleep and miserableness.. I'm on Citalopram and Propanolol (though had been previously prescribed Diazepam, Zopiclone and temazipam for sleep)..
My 'trauma' happened a bit ago now, and I was determined to carry on as normal; unfortunately, the rest of me had other ideas and after 6 weeks of very little sleep and good acting everything exploded out of control..
Right now I am signed off work; feeling very alone (though talking to people is something thats far from easy), out of control and I dunno...
Anyway, this place came up on a google search, and after some deliberation with myself I thought I'd bite the bullet and say hi...
