Hi there ive been off cit.10mg now for 10 days, after consulting my GP the reason was ive still had the odd anxiety attack and after 8 months on them ( I started on 20mg) I thought I would stop.ive been taking these every other day for 4 weeks before I stopped taking them, I do feel abit srange ! And have been waking up in the night more.have I come off too soon ? Am I doing the right thing ?

Firstly meds dont get rid of all the symptoms, it just helps us to cope better when we do panic. If they helped at all I would go back on them. If you dont think they did, you prob stopped too quickly. Now you should either split the pills and take evry other day or take 1 every 4 days then every 6 then stop or something similar
