Hi
I also have contamination OCD so if there's anyone out there
with this,really feel like I cannot take much more, and was told
by the psychiatrist last week a year long waiting list for help:ohmy:
the OCD has definitlity got worse in the last few years, it literally
intrudes in nearly every aspect of my life:weep:
