saying hello

Hello all, new here tonight. Just wanted to say hi and hope to get to meet others here. :) I am very anxious and have been having some health scares that are making me worry so much. It has taken over my life really. I don't sleep much and am on high alert all day. this is wearing on me so much. I am looking forward to reading here and getting to know everyone and perhaps able to help myself with my anxiety.
