what i saw when eyes closed trying to nap so scared all day help please!

This morning woke feeling a bit unwell so tried to have a nap was closing my eyes when almost like a pop and I saw a small bug like creature moving with little legs I think across closed vision then disappeared i went straight into that panic sick feeling terrified it has ruined my day all I think about is what I thought I saw but my eyes were closed please help I'm so scared I'm losing my mind

If you close your eyes you can see things on the inside of the eyelids if that is what you mean

I don't know what I saw just looked small oval with I thought little legs it moved away then disappeared I'm so confused but now scared to sleep but I haven't seen it since that onetime this morning

My eyes were definitely closed though
