Tender head and sharp shooting pain

Does anyone have any symptoms where their head is tender and about every 20-30 seconds a sharp pain shoots thru your head, I've been having that happen to me for past 2 days, and its starting to really worry me, can any one help

Oh yes, many times.

It's commonly caused by muscle tension in the neck, shoulders and jawline.

Yes I get those pains all the time. Don't worry, it's nothing serious.

Yes, I have this a lot too. I am constantly tense so it is probably due to that.
