1991- First panic attack...I just wanted to run away. Heart racing, shallow breathing, overwhelming fear. No idea what was happening....Anxiety
1995- Globus sensation in throat, wouldn't go away...certain of throat cancer....Anxiety
1997-IBS, certain of colon cancer.....Anxiety
2005-Concerned about burning sensation in stomach....Upper GI...Anxiety/Stress
In between, I've had every bump, mole, lump and sensation you can imagine....all Anxiety
I'm well educated, understand health and healthcare and I've come to one conclusion. It's a war. I do believe in God. I don't think we're here by accident/chance. I also believe there's a devil. I can pinpoint the attacks as strategic advances on my family and me. It may sound "out there", but when things are going well at work and I'm serving God, I can usually expect an attack. I've come to realize this is not a coincidence. Stand Firm friends. Your battle is not being fought alone.
